I know, it sounds like there is a catch, but I can't find one. I'm an auditor and dug into every detail... and it checked out for me). So first, I was looking to lease either another Nissan Rogue or maybe a Honda CRV... that was where my budget was for a new lease. I NEVER NEVER thought I'd get a BMW in my price range. However my sales guy (correction, my new friend) Erick Martinez went to bat for me. He already got my BF in a new car about 18 months ago, and he was going to do whatever he could for me... you would think I was his own sister the way he went after a deal for me. He remembered my BF like he was just in yesterday, and he took a lot of time with us making sure I was happy, I made the right the decision and not over-pressuring me with any deals. Further (and yes, I'm over 30, do not judge me for how I adult) Erick got on the phone and spoke with both my mom and my dad to explain the deal and the BMW Select program to them (I don't know why they don't listen to me...). At the end of the day, I walked away in an X1 (who knew those had HEADS UP DISPLAYS?!) and it was in my budget and I actually felt good about the experience. There was no shady sales guys tactics, no uncertainty... I was treated like family and it was such a great experience. I'm incredibly happy, customer for life. Thank you Erick! More

I couldn’t have done so without Jonathan’s assistance. Safelite Brooksville damaged my camera when replacing windshield, but refused to take responsibility. Between Jonathan and Geico we were able to pressure Safelite to correct the issue. More

He was clam and explained how Reeves BMW will check out my issue and if it was an error on their part they would correct it. Employees like Corey Huntley is why I continue to service my vehicle at Reeves BMW. My cashier at the service desk was great. I cannot remember her name but this young lady is fantastic plus she needs a raise! She is always kind and professional. More
