My sales/leasing experience was--as it has always been--excellent. Keith Roberts is a decide asset for Reeves--and he is the reason I refer customers to him and to Reeves as often as possible. Keith is what every buyer should want in a sales professional: knowledgeable, an excellent listener, detail-oriented, responsive, never pushy or overbearing, and honest when asked any question imaginable. My first vehicle choice was having difficulty 'getting off the docks in Europe,' so Keith wisely suggested some excellent alternatives so I could meet my desired December delivery timeframe. Michael--the 'BMW Genius'--was equally excellent at teaching me the new aspects of my vehicle while also realizing I already had a strong body of BMW knowledge. So he tailored his 'training' perfectly. Even the guy who handled my paperwork was terrific! I strongly recommend Reeves, Keith and Michael! More
