BMW's are GREAT cars!!! Too bad this dealership has such an incompetent service dept. I should have learned by now after 5 years-but this was the final straw. Got a recall notice & called Reeves BMW to get it repaired. Initially they didn't have the part in stock-but then called back later in the day & said they can get the part in and that the job would require 2-3 hours. I scheduled my appt. to get the recalled airbag repaired. When arriving-I am told it will be 5-10 mins. to plz sit in the waiting area & service person will be w/me shortly. 30 mins. later they call me back (maybe they haven't learned how to tell time yet?) I am given a rental car for the day (the only GOOD thing I can say about this dealership). My husband calls 5 hours after my scheduled appt. time & is told 1 more hour due to the fact they didn't have the part in to repair it-but then took it from another future repair-but now are behind but are working on it. (Yet they stated they could get it when scheduling my appt.) So I drive 40 mins. to the dealership only to be told it will be at least ANOTHER 2 hours. I state that I will keep the rental & go home as I'm not wasting any more time on this & that my husband will swing by to get our repaired car on his way home from work & they say NO DEAL! That if I want to pick up my repaired car-they need the rental back at THAT time. I wanted to bring the rental back the following day as I had already wasted 1/2 of my day waiting on them-they didn't really seem to care. I wasn't about to sit around anymore waiting on them because they can't get their act together. They made their issues & their problem my problem-so unprofessional! This dealership seems to have a problem with the truth. Not sure if they just don't care or if they need more training or if it's just bad leadership? Whatever the case may be, this was a determining factor after owning 6 BMW's in our family why we didn't buy another one. Knowing we would have to deal w/Reeve's BMW was enough to switch brands. Upon walking in the is dealership service dept. 5 years ago (when we were transferred to the Tampa Bay area for work) it's been a rocky road for us at Reeve's BMW. Coming from the Atlanta area where we know what good service is-this dealership has never failed to disappoint us from day 1. Just the attitude of superiority & "don't let the door hit you on the way out" that radiates from the service dept. is enough to make you want to run out the door! BMW Corp.-PLZ PLZ PLZ!!!! Send staff to train these folks!!! They need it!!! They don't understand that when they tell the customer something-they have to actually follow thru with it!!! As stated in the 1st paragraph-this WAS the final straw. We have tried over & over again w/this dealership-but we are done now for sure! It's worth the extra time & gas to drive to another BMW dealership service dept. just to avoid the frustration of dealing w/Reeve's BMW. More

He was concerned and wanted to address any need I had regarding my vehicle. Seeing that it was a recent purchase, he asked was my BMW X5 everything that I dreamed of. After expressing the joy of being a BMW owner, he continued to address my concerns and had promised the vehicle would be ready in an hour. When it wasn't he was willing to give me a rental for the day as the run flat tire I needed would not make it to the dealer until late in the afternoon. The car was ready that afternoon. On top of excellent service they vacuumed and washed my car for me. I definitely recommend this dealership . More

We came in looking for one thing, but Erick asked questions to determine what our needs really were. Erick restored our respect towards car sales people. He helped us find the perfect vehicle in an experience that took no more than an hour to sign papers and get out the door. I have already recommended him to friends and family. Beyond our personal dealings with Erick, the Finance fella and Encore technician treated us beautifully; answering all our questions and giving us the power and opportunity to determine what terms were right for us.
