When we arrived to pick up our new BMW it was immediately obvious that Shaun was very busy and managing more that one challenge. During our experience He was always calm and very professional. Shaun was more than knowledgeable about the car; he was incredibly patient in explaining its features to a first-time BMW buyer.He was friendly, professional and displayed a "can-do" attitude, but the reas incredibly patient in explaining its features to a first-time BMW buyer.He was friendly, professional and displayed a "can-do" attitude, but the reason I'd rate him among the best is that he did so much extra for me. When I turned in my Lincoln lease car, he followed me to the dealership so I'd have a ride back to the BMW dealership. He helped me check the Lincoln thoroughly, taking time to make sure I'd cleaned my personal possessions from the car. He felt under seats, lifted the mats and double-checked the back pockets. A small snap-on piece of plastic had come off the back windshield wiper; I had no how to get it back on, and I was afraid the dealership would charge "damage" to the car. No problem, he said, and snapped it on. He helped make sure all the owner's manuals were in the glove box, and all my documentation was in order. He even took off my license plate so I wouldn't have to wait for the Lincoln dealership to do that for me. When we got back to the BMW dealership, we finished the paperwork and I drove away in my new car knowing that I could call Shaun and he'd take the time to talk me through whatever I needed help with. Shaun gave far more than 5-star service. He's a plus 10! More
