I shopped online at several dealers between Naples and Tampa. Reeves had the 328i as I wanted it equipped and offered the best lease deal. When Reeves could not match the trade-in price offered to me by Carmax, Shaun followed me to Carmax and waited patiently through their buying process before bringing me back to Reeves to complete my paperwork. (And he demonstrated the performance of the 328i along the way!) I felt much more welcome inside the dealership than at my local dealer in Sarasota, so much so that I may drive to Tampa when my BMW needs service. More

The BMW was always my dream car, so I decided to buy one as a gift to myself for my 50th birthday. I walked into Reeves that Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Michael Khoury, Client Advisor. I was a bit nervous at first, this was a huge purchase for me, but Michael made the experience unbelievable. He has great customer service skills. When I picked up my car, I did not realize how much features the car has until Michael sat with me very patiently for 2 hours and showed me every detail. He also followed-up with me a few days later to find out how I was doing with my new car. I had the best treatment ever and would recommend Michael Khoury at Reeves to anyone who wants to buy a BMW. Thank you Michael for making my dream car purchase an awesome one! More
I could not believe how awful these crooks were. They lied to me countless times attempting to rip me off for parts that were covered under warranty. Stating also that quote was "non negotiable". Even after I called the warranty company myself and had two other dealers quote the job for next to nothing including towing it from Reeves, they still lied and tried to charge me. But somehow the "non negotiable" costs were negotiable. The lies went on and on from salesman to manager even after they proven to be wrong. They even charged me to leave after trying to falsely over charge charge me for covered services. Reeves= "RIP OFF". They will not get me service business or next purchase. More
The Reeves brand seems to instill snobbiness in their sales people. I have visited their showrooms multiple times (Audi and BMW) and in all cases the sales people are always looking for a sale that day. sales people. My wife and I took our business (we purchased 3 BMW's in 7 months from the other BMW dealership in Tampa, a 2011 750Li, a 2011 330i Convertible, and a 2011 X5 5.0 because of the treatment). On a particular day I was looking to purchase a Audi R8, they had a pre-owned one on the floor, and the salesperson basically asked me for my financials before I could test drive it (we pulled in driving the X5...). I said no thanks and purchased one from Crown Audi. In another situation we arrived to test drive a Z4.. only to be told that my wife and I could not drive together (only to be at Tampa Bay Mercedes a few minutes earlier to test drive a SLK 55AMG, and was tossed the keys). We had to get the GSM involved to get authorization to test drive the car together. In addition I found Ferman BMW much for willing to deal on the cars than Reeves... I guess they don't need the business. More
Had very bad experience with them . Every time I go to them for my bmw service , after 1 month , I see something breaking again . Once I had a steering wheel locked up on road and since its friday they dont want to take it for service as they have to give the loaner vehicle on weekends . More
