I had a recall for software updates on my 335i. I am not sure yet if I really notice a difference, because when you put the petal to the metal there is still sometimes somewhat of a delay before the turbo k sure yet if I really notice a difference, because when you put the petal to the metal there is still sometimes somewhat of a delay before the turbo kicks in. Anyway Mike was incredibly friendly and helpful. He got me an Enterprise rental car (which is conveniently onsite) paid for by BMW for the day. As promised, the car was done in 24 hours. Everyone at Reeves is professional and friendly. Thanks! More
Let me start out by stating my Service Advisor does an awesome job! The customer service is user friendly. The quality of work has always been above par. However the last two times I have been there ha awesome job! The customer service is user friendly. The quality of work has always been above par. However the last two times I have been there have not met "Reeves BMW" expectations. I took our 7 series in to have service done and was told they could redo my headlamps and make them look new for $150. I went ahead with it. After picking the vehicle up I inspected the headlamps and noticed that one still looked the same while the other looked almost like new. I commented on the work that was done and was told we can have them redo it. I was advised I would have to bring the car back next week and leave it over lunch time. I told him I will find a day and call him. I called a week later because the car was leaking fluid all over my driveway (I did not notice it secondary to me traveling earlier in the week). Was told they were unsure and bring the car back (mind you, I have never had an issue with this car before, EVER!). I took the car back the following week, and was told they forgot to properly bleed the new lines they installed (WOW I thought, how can they forget that). Was also told the light lenses would be cleaned. I dropped the car off in the early AM and called several times througout the day and was told it was not ready. I finally got a call around 3:45 PM that the car was done. I went and picked the car up later that day and the lenses looked the same. My service manager was not there to speak with so I signed and left. I called and left a message for him to call me back. A week goes by and I was at an outlet mall and my car would not start. It did a slight turnover, but not a full crank. I called the Reeves Service Advisor and was told it was most likely a dead battrey they drained from the alternator dying. I called a towing company and they told them what happened with Reeves so they sent out a truck to jump the vehicle. They arrived and jumped the car, it started right up. Within 3 seconds, smoked started to pour from the engine compartment (hence the car did not give a full crank, the car knew there was a problem). I realized the alternator or a pulley had froze some how. The serpentine belt was what smoked so bad. There is no doubt something happened at Reeves that I cannot prove caused this issue. I called back and explained what happened and was told there was no way they did it. They would have to see the car to be 100% sure. I decided the blame game was not going to happen. So I am out $2,100.00 and having Bergmans European fix in Brandon! Just not worth the arguement and back and forth with them. I think I WAS coming there five to six times and year for my car for the past 5 years (and my Range Rover). I realized it is not worth the drive to come back two and three times (it has happened to me in the past as well) to get one thing fixed. There is no doubt Reeves BMW is a good group of people, but getting your money back, or trying to get them to acknowlede they may have damaged something, FORGET IT! I cannot afford to be told "nope, not from us, but we can fix it". So went another route and hopefully will establish a bond with Bergmans European. More
I have been going to Reeves since I bought my first BMW in 1999. For the past 4 years I have dealt only with Service Advisor Ron Price and Service Manager Mike McNulty. Ron Price is simply the most graciou in 1999. For the past 4 years I have dealt only with Service Advisor Ron Price and Service Manager Mike McNulty. Ron Price is simply the most gracious, honest and professional Service Advisor I have ever met. I have had BMW's serviced ther that I bought there and that I bought elsewhere, both in warranty and out of warranty, and have always been treated in the same fair and honest manner. Mike McNulty is the Service Manager and has "stood up" for me in matters beyond Mr. Price's approval authority and has always been fair and informative in all of his actions and decisions. On the ocassions that my wife has taken in or picked up a car, she was also treated the same way. The Sudberry family will always be a Reeves customer as long as Mr Price and Mr. McNulty are in the Service Department. I hesitate to recommend Mr. Price only because now everybody will want to make their appointment with him and I'll have to wait longer. He is the best and Mr McNulty obviously runs a good operation for Reeves. More
The absolute best BMW dealership in Tampa Bay. You will get great service and pay far less than anywhere else. Do not trust the BMW stealerships in town (Ferman BMW and Bert Smith BMW) for any reason! The get great service and pay far less than anywhere else. Do not trust the BMW stealerships in town (Ferman BMW and Bert Smith BMW) for any reason! The difference is night and day. You will lose time, money and self-respect if you go to another dealer. Don't do it! When you do go to Reeves be sure to visit Scott Olds, Sales Consultant. He is the best. More
Very nice people, intelligent and informed. Stark contrast to the BMW dealership I dealt with in Maine (we traded both BMWs in Maine and now deive Mercedes products in Maine, from Ira Rosenberg Merce contrast to the BMW dealership I dealt with in Maine (we traded both BMWs in Maine and now deive Mercedes products in Maine, from Ira Rosenberg Mercedes). The Reeves dealership had Mrs. Reeves on-site checking every day, we were told. It shows. Highly recommended!! Dr. D.S. Palmer, Portland, Maine and Tampa More

This dealer may not be open on Saturdays like I'm accustomed to but the professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the aforementioned service advisor is top tier! Yes, they are expensive, but all d accustomed to but the professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the aforementioned service advisor is top tier! Yes, they are expensive, but all dealerships are these days, (real expense is when they don't have a clue and they just start replacing parts at my expense until it gets fixed). I believe that the owner of this dealership is engaged and pushes for excellence. Could be wrong - only had one experience with them so far and it was top flight. More
