Mike was amazing in his customer service. The waiting “lobby” is awful. There are hardly any chairs and only 2 sets next to plugs for those who have to work while they wait. I took my bmw in for service and they fixed one out of 3 issues . Then told me I needed 5k worth of work done. Most of what they told me that needed to do some I literally JUST had done from a German mechan issues . Then told me I needed 5k worth of work done. Most of what they told me that needed to do some I literally JUST had done from a German mechanic . I took it back to him and he showed me the brand new parts he had changed. BMW wanted to scam me out of 5k for nothing and they couldn’t even fix the initial problem and still charged me $500. Still not sure for what ? More
