Brain was a great service advisor but I had a huge issue with applying bmw card! They stopped giving instant access and I only applied the card to get extra points! I didn’t need that line of credit at all! with applying bmw card! They stopped giving instant access and I only applied the card to get extra points! I didn’t need that line of credit at all! Messing with peoples credit should not be this easy! I was told that I could use it and I got nothing but not genuine sorry for their mistake! I’m definitely trying other bmw services from now on! I had asked to look at a loose windshield washer, that work was not performed. Also, I’ve been a customer at this service center for 3 years and every time I’ve come in I’ve had great service and service work was not performed.
