Took my Z3 in for service. They found other issues they mentioned and I had them repaired but failed to tell me my front struts were worn. Wrote it on the invoice but didn't mention it to me so therefor t mentioned and I had them repaired but failed to tell me my front struts were worn. Wrote it on the invoice but didn't mention it to me so therefor the work was not done. Car was in the shop for over a week due to radiator hose out of stock. Seems my service advisor could have mentioned the struts. Very poor communication. I've called the service manager twice to speak to him about this but he doesn't return my call. They also put the wrong tire pressure in my tires even though I mentioned to make sure correct pressure was put in tires when I dropped car off. I think the issues were more the service advisor's fault than anything else. The mechanics seem to do a good job that's why I recommend the dealership. Just as for a service advisor that listens and communicates. More

Poor Customer Service, Rude. Brought car in for regular service, 3 days later overheating on the ride to work. $1100 coolant line repair supposed to be warranty work. Car was CPO purchase from Sarasota, s service, 3 days later overheating on the ride to work. $1100 coolant line repair supposed to be warranty work. Car was CPO purchase from Sarasota, sales and finance people did not enter the vehicle in their system as CPO so no warranty. Service writer unable to resolve with Sarasota dealer. Service manager, instead of helping,, lectures me on the phone on how it is not their problem and I need to resolve. Not going back. A little more effort and NOT lecturing would have kept me as a customer. AVOID this dealership! More
