I worked with Erick Martinez over the phone about a BMW X1 we were interested in. He told me he had two at the dealership when no one else in Florida had any. Ordered part online from BMW of Tampa on 10/30/2021. Order # 2673. The part I ordered was in stock and promised to be shipped within 1 or 2 days. Tpday is 11/12/2021, almost 2 weeks later, I checked sta Order # 2673. The part I ordered was in stock and promised to be shipped within 1 or 2 days. Tpday is 11/12/2021, almost 2 weeks later, I checked status of my order online, it still showed that my order is still being processing. I emailed them, left 2 voice messages asking about the status of my order but no one bother to answer my question. My credit card was already charged 0n 11/01/2021. Please do not do business with BMW of Tampa if you don't ant to be another victim. More
