Great experience from start to finish! Smoothest experience at a dealership ever! I inquired online about a BMW X3. I got an immediate call from Mike Lawlor. He answered all my questions Smoothest experience at a dealership ever! I inquired online about a BMW X3. I got an immediate call from Mike Lawlor. He answered all my questions about the car but it wasn’t what I was looking for. He suggested I send him my trade info so he could work on it in case I found a different car. I did that and by next day, I had found another car that I was interested in... he was willing to negotiate and looped in his sales manager and by next morning, we had come to an agreement, and I headed to dealership within 2 hours. My new car was immaculate and ready for me. The paperwork was exactly as agreed upon. Mike was very easy to trust and was ready for me at his desk. He introduced me to Otis, the finance manager who found me a very low rate through Chase and in minutes got the paperwork signed. Then Alex, the BMW genius, showed me all around my car and taught me how to use all the amazing features and offered to help me set up my garage code this week if I couldn’t figure it out. I did this purchase on my own, and was always treated with respect from start to finish. These guys were top notch! This was my first BMW (Lexus and Infiniti owner in the past 16 years)... thanks again! I LOVE my X3 More

Reeves failed in so many ways—made me wait 1 1/2 weeks for a loaner then “ran out of loaners” when I arrived for my appointment; failed to properly secure my license plate; and let me stand around, waiting, when I came to pick up my car while the service advisor joked with a friend. Extremely unprofessional behavior! I’ve owned six BMWs to date and this was the worst BMW dealership I’ve encountered. More
