Never a problem I bought my vehicle at another dealership. Since I have been using Reeves for maintenance, or any other problems, I have had no problems at all. Paint issue/tailgate issue Bob was most helpful, taking us through how the tailgate malfunction could be rectified, and making sur the paint damage that resulted was fixed. Awesome people as always Ala, Greg and Elvin were beyond helpful when I came in for an oil change, they got me a loaner quickly and I was out the door fast. When I came back Ala, Greg and Elvin were beyond helpful when I came in for an oil change, they got me a loaner quickly and I was out the door fast. When I came back I mentioned that my 2 keys were no longer individually set and the settings were the same on both keys. Elvin took the time to correct the key issue which ended up being more than a simple quick reset. I am extremely glad I chose Reeves for my X3. More

Your car comes back to you fixed to the highest of standards. They also wash your car. Repairs are done in one day usually. The advisor calls you and keeps you updated on progress. You could pay less but you will not receive more. When you factor in your time and a rental Reeves BMW becomes the best choice. More
