Right from the moment that I called him for the 1st time he was very professional and very pleasant and extremely helpful! He went out of his way to make it easy for me when my car had to be left at the dealership for a couple of weeks. Despite having a busy schedule and other commitments he took very good care of me and made sure that I was dropped back at home despite his personal commitments on a Friday evening. I had to leave Tampa for a couple of weeks and he made sure that he kept my car at a safe and secure location, protected from the weather! Zakar and his technician made sure that the problem was diagnosed immediately and fixed in the most professional manner. The only reason I'm giving him only 5 stars is because that is the most. If I could I would have given him 10 stars! Best on my experience with Zakar at Reeves I have decided that my next car is also going to be BMW from Reeves !
