Why go anywhere else Car was towed to reeves BMW, my service advisor Joe Torres called right away to confirm that my car arrived, told me he would follow up with updates. The following day I received a text with issues and estimate followed up by a call with Joe Torres. After we discussed game plan to repair my car, I expected to wait about a week but to my surprise the car was fixed 24 hours after I approved repairs. I could not pickup the car that Friday evening but the service department was opened on Saturday. I arrived and was greeted by just about everyone at BMW, sales, lot attendants, techs, and finally the admin person at the front. We went over the bill, I paid and my car was our front clean and ready to go.. Best experience ever and I didn’t step foot at the dealership, especially with my hectic schedule. Joe Torres and the whole BMW team got it right from start to finish. You have raised the BAR way high. Why look anywhere else. Love it!!! More
