TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! Terrible, Awful business. Sold us a used car with great service record. Only 8000 miles later, the transmission went out. Took it to our mechanic and Terrible, Awful business. Kuni never mentioned this to us and now we’re stuck with a broke down car after only 5 months. They did NOTHING to help us, would not return phone calls. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Had better service on used car lots on 82nd! More

Horrible experience with Kuni Bmw Service BEWARE: Our experience with Kuni Bmw has been absolutely horrendous. On 9-24-19 we brought in our 2015 Bmw 320i with 69,000 miles to have a $170 diagn BEWARE: Our experience with Kuni Bmw has been absolutely horrendous. On 9-24-19 we brought in our 2015 Bmw 320i with 69,000 miles to have a $170 diagnosis completed, due to the car not passing DEQ (Emissions). After further inspection, Kuni Bmw stated the the battery was testing as dead and they couldn't perform the necessary tests without replacing the battery (the battery in the car at that time was only three months old) we went ahead and told them to continue with the battery replacement simply to get our issue resolved. $500+ later for a new battery, they said on their invoice "CLEARED AND TESTED FAULTS, ALL OK" After holding it for 4 days, We go to pick up the car. Upon arrival there is a Check Engine light (which has never been on before) we take the car back to them, they simply deleted the Check Engine light and told us everything is OK. We did the drive cycle for 200+ miles, and it Failed DEQ again! We brought the vehicle back to Kuni Bmw on 10-9 for them to see why it didn't pass, yet again. They "inspect" the car and come up with an estimate over $2600 to repair the "issue". When we pick up the car this time, there is a "Low Oil light, refill immediately" that stays illuminated on the dash. Again, this issue has never been seen before. In conclusion, we have a 4 year old car sitting in the garage unable to drive, and somehow Kuni Bmw wants to put the blame on us even though each time we bring the car to them, more problems show up. Following all of this, the Sales Manager sent me an email offering to take my vehicle in on trade for $11,000 even though I paid $18,000 only 6 months ago. This leaves me wondering, how many people fall for this? BEWARE of the $170 DIAGNOSIS FEE, as you'll end up with a bill of much more (in our case, over $3000) and an offer on your vehicle far lower than its value More
