Great service - unfortunately I had a blow out on one of my cars tires. Limped it into BMW Towson around 9am and luckily got paired with James. I went into BMW of Towson not knowing if I was going to purchase or not. After visiting 2 other dealerships that same morning the vibe was definitely different at one of the other dealerships where I was t purchase or not. In the end, since they were going to charge me for the diagnosis, they decided to give me the car, but of course with a security deposit charged to my credit card asking me for my driver's license, insurance card, etc., I really felt like I was going to steal their car and that they definitely didn't trust me at all, I felt like a criminal.
