Terrance was very helpful. Had a flat tire called and said bring it over. New to dealership everyone was friendly and took my car right away. Car return was clean and ready to get back on the road. Always a great experience when you have Mr. Derrick Lewis as your service technician. He always keeps me on the straight and narrow path. I have been dealing with the service department of this dealership for about 15 years and have found Derrick Edwards, Terrance Savoy and Richard Strickland to always available to me, to be wonderfully frie dealership for about 15 years and have found Derrick Edwards, Terrance Savoy and Richard Strickland to always available to me, to be wonderfully friendly, and to cheerfully and efficiently solve whatever auto problem I have ever had.
