Away on vacation, tires wouldn’t hold air, took to a BMW dealer in Delaware they told us the cracks in the wheel wouldn’t be covered. Able to get it home took it to Towson BMW, they took care of wheels on dealer in Delaware they told us the cracks in the wheel wouldn’t be covered. Able to get it home took it to Towson BMW, they took care of wheels only head to pay $50 deductible. Trust worthy service department More

First of all, the dealership is very clean. When I arrived, I noticed people cleaning and sanitizing the waiting area. That being said, my contact was with Terrence Savoy. I found him to be friendl arrived, I noticed people cleaning and sanitizing the waiting area. That being said, my contact was with Terrence Savoy. I found him to be friendly and professional. He and the dealership efficiently used social media to keep me updated. I particularly liked the video of the vehicle’s assessment! When it determined that I needed a loaner, Terrence immediately arranged it. The repairs to the vehicle was completed quickly and the option to pay was via an app was immediately sent. Very efficient. VERY satisfied! More

Omg! The service is excellent! My service advisor (Derrick Edwards), technician, drivers, and workers at BMW are amazing. I haven’t been to the dealership since COVID-19 and they have a new feature ( (Derrick Edwards), technician, drivers, and workers at BMW are amazing. I haven’t been to the dealership since COVID-19 and they have a new feature (a video tour or your car with the technician). This is similar to going to the doctor for a checkup. It is such a nice touch. I can’t say anymore except this, if you want your car fixed right- take it to BMW of Towson! My baby is well taken care of there!!! More
