Could not have been easier! Although I did not purchase my BMW at this dealership when I called the day before the service Tom my Service advisor immediately made me an appoint Although I did not purchase my BMW at this dealership when I called the day before the service Tom my Service advisor immediately made me an appointment for the following day. I was told that the service can be done quickly within an hour to an hour and a half but when I arrived was told that there had been a part of the recall and that perhaps the repair will take a bit longer. Immediately offered me a loaner car a very punchy M series...And off I went to work. By early that afternoon Tom called and said my car was ready! I was able to pay online prior to my arrival at the dealership. My car was waiting for me have been cleaned and detailed. I could not have been happier! I would highly recommend BMW of Towson More
