ALL I have to say is WOW, just an incredible experience I had with Jim Gugliette. This service advisor has been far but the BEST person I have ever seen working at this location. I can't believe he is not the lead service manager here, definitely deserves this position. The service was excellent, and everything was very well explained. Due to pricing of labor as a standard rate for each item fixed, my actual per hour labor charge was about $400.00 per hour, which seems e explained. I was also disappointed that they did not wash the car when finished a service that all other dealerships I have dealt with provided. More
