We were greeted by a Client Advisor, Tom Dougherty who was extremely polite, knowledgeable and immediately gained our trust. The dealership is bright and clean, they have an extensive new car inventory, and the staff are extremely friendly and inviting. I received a fair deal and we live 2 miles from another BMW dealership, but chose to buy our new car from BMW of Turnersville based upon our initial experience with Tom Dougherty. We have not been disappointed. Everyone at this dealership from Tom Dougherty, to Roberto "Tito" Gonzalez in the Parts Department, to Jeff Spilsbury, the General Manager, go the extra mile to ensure that our needs are fulfilled and we enjoy our beautiful car.
