Worst dealer I ever encountered. Purchased a $70,000 2023 BMW i4 M50 electric. Adam Feinstein was my sales rep. Driver seat is very uncomfortable. I returned to dealer ship to understand the problem. Turns out the seat has no lumbar support adjustment. It only comes with the premium package. Adam never explained this to me. Now I am trying to sell the car that has only 2500 miles. Seat is too uncomfortable. Adam should have taken the time to explain to me that lumbar support only comes with premium package.I would have paid for the package. Beware of salesmen who do not take the time to explain car accessories. More
