As of today I am still waiting on the report showing the programming of my car was done successfully. I took my car in for a Cas Module now every light is on the dash and Jordan the service advisor refuses programming of my car was done successfully. I took my car in for a Cas Module now every light is on the dash and Jordan the service advisor refuses to reprogram the car as I had it checked yesterday and everyone believes the programming was not complete. Also I was dropped off while I waited on my car and then they forgot about me so I had to Uber to the dealership only to get there and find issues with my car. The paper floor mat was left inside, my car left sitting there and no service advisor to go over what was done. I didn’t even get an apology for no one coming back to get me. Overall this is the worst BMW which makes sense because they aren’t a fully operating BMW. They are a Mini Cooper store. I also have proof that I had no issues with my car aside from the Cas Module needing to be replaced now everything says it’s malfunctioning. Which makes no sense. I should’ve went to Reeves😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 More

Jordan Rodriguez was my service advisor and he was terrific. He kept me up to date every step of the repairs. The mechanics that worked on my var did an excellent job. They found the issues that Mercedes Benz of Wesley Chapel obviously incompetent couldn’t seem to find, like a broken motor mount and a bad transmission. the service from Mini/BMW was top notch More
Incompetence! The entire parts department in conjunction with the inability to communicate with the service department. They had an excuse for everything when all along they did not know what one or the oth with the inability to communicate with the service department. I miss the Mini service folks. They were always on the ball and very helpful. It seems that they have been replaced with BMW people who are not nearly as friendly (except for Erika) and seemed to be runni ball and very helpful. I was told that my service would take 45 minutes, but I was there over three hours. Those who gave my Mini a car wash left my magnets on, and one fell off. I had to ask about it to get it back. It was slightly damaged. No one was there to help Erika with a question she had about my bill, so we waited for at least a half hour and finally gave up. A manager was no where to be found. Somebody that could have helped was "upstairs in a meeting" according to another member of the team. Another man who needed some paperwork or something was very frustrated because he was told whatever he needed was ready, but no one was actually ready for him, and he was basically teased as people went in and out of the service area, never really giving him an answer and assuming he would just wait for them. He was extremely frustrated, and the scene did not look good to me as I waited for Erika to deal with whatever was going on with that. They needed a manager or another service person, but Erika was the only one at a register. More
