It sucks that this was the only time I service my car there. They have the best service of all BMW I’ve been to. I mean I can go on and on non stop about how good the service is. Waited 2 1/2 hours to have an oil change, inspection and have my rear driver taillight repaired. Only to be driving home and being pulled over by an officer because said light was hanging out. When I pulled over to check was was wrong, I realized that my bumper had been damaged during the repair. I must say the service manager Eric stepped up to take care of the problem the next day. I've had great service work done the few times I've been it. The only bad thing is not sure about getting to the build, you need better signage. Over price for repair dropping $1000 for small repair job is a little much. Guess you have to pay for your new building, I drive their to get 1 item fixed then 48 hours later another problem. is a little much.
