BMW of Wesley Chapel - Service Center

Although service is closed on Sunday, it is a great thing to be able to speak with someone in a time of need! Although I was having an issue with my car, I was able to call and let someone know that I neede to be able to speak with someone in a time of need! Although I was having an issue with my car, I was able to call and let someone know that I needed to have my car towed. I was given instructions as to what to tell the AAA driver and my car was on the way! Thankfully the problem was minor but I was contacted in a very expedient manner and the problem was resolved before 1pm! Needless to say I am very thankful and blessed to work with BMW Mini of Wesley Chapel! More

Jordan was great. We had a couple hiccups during our last visit regarding the timing of some parts needed for repair. The only area which could use a tiny bit of improvement is keeping the customer up last visit regarding the timing of some parts needed for repair. The only area which could use a tiny bit of improvement is keeping the customer up to date. I found myself having to call to learn about the progress with my car rather than the other way around. However, I would say that Jordan superb personality more than makes up for the deficiency. More

Excellent service however parts took much longer than expected to be received. I was without my car for more than one week. Not service related, but rather the parts department did not send out for a replacement fob when requested after having paid for the original product. Tomorrow will be 21 days since we started and they have not send out for a replacement fob when requested after having paid for the original product.
