I was a first time BMW buyer, found a 3 series at Otto's BMW and met with Brian. He made the process very easy, answered my questions, went over the financing rate and payment. Ive been to couple dealers before Otto's and those people were just attacking and rushing me to make decision. None of that stuff happened here at Otto's BMW. I would recommend this dealer and particularly Brian as a salesperson to anyone. I would definitely be going back for another purchase in the future. More
