I recently ordered a BMW 230i from Otto's, taking delivery last Friday 1/15/20. He communicated well with me throughout the order process, setting appropriate expectations regarding timelines, how to track the car's journey from Leipzig and across the Atlantic, etc. The buying process did not involve pressure at any point, including the Finance Manager discussion which was very unlike my last experience at another dealership. The car was well prepared and the delivery experience anticipated my excitement at getting this new vehicle. Jay followed up post-delivery to see how the car and I were doing, which I appreciated. Nice job. The car is great, by the way, a feisty performer and a joy to drive with its manual transmission and MSport sport suspension. More
