Brian had the cars ready & sterilized for me when I got there for my appointment. Since you have the ability to take your trust drive by yourself, the process of taking the car out was seamless. When I narrow down my choices, Brian was very easy to deal with on the financing and the purchase price. I do not feel at any time that I was pressured to buy the car, and I felt that I got a fair deal on my X3 with rebates and financing. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have had yet! Scott went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information we needed before visiting the showroom and had all of the paperwork r had yet! From initial contact in search of a CPO to keys of new car in hand it was less than 24 hours start to finish. Quick. Easy. Professional. Friendly. Helpful. Scott ensured all of our needs were addressed and that we were 100% satisfied with our new vehicle.
