Extra mile to deliver during the pandemic I visited Otto's in February and ordered a custom vehicle. The vehicle was constructed in March and I followed its progress on-line. Once Pennsylvania allowed dealers to close and deliver vehicle sales, I was contacted right away, we scheduled a closing, and I was able to take delivery efficiently, given the dire circumstances.
