Although I live in Delaware, and have a BMW Dealer close, I opted to tow my BMW to OTTO’s after I wasn’t happy with the Delaware Service desk. I was wow’ed by OTTO’s. When it came time to replace our second car, our mechanic recommended that we speak with Justice at Otto's. A couple of years ago we experienced a high-pressure salesman at Otto's that turned us off, so we were a little skeptical. Justice, however, was focused on our needs and not merely a sale. He took the time to listen to us and find out exactly what we were looking for. It was great working with a salesman who was knowledgeable without coming across as snooty or condescending. Buying a car an be stressful but Justice made it enjoyable. I highly recommend Justice and look forward to working with him when it's time to replace our X5. More
