With a small adjustment to allow for the mileage on my car, Mr. Vadasz allowed me to order a new car. WOW! Otto's has earned my business, my loyalty. Just took delivery of a 2019 330i. After several weeks met with Brian Menda, Otto's delivery specialist. Brian walked me through the electronics of this amazing car. Brian did an outstanding job of explaining the numerous features of the car. Brian was very clear and concise and most importantly, very patient. He certainly knows this car in depth. I got clear answers to all of my questions. EVERYONE at this dealership, from my client advisor, Ralph Nofsinger, to service (Bill Cosenza and Chris Clayton) to parts (Anthony Blubello) to the owner (Michael Vadasz), are people who are honest, respectful, considerate and understanding.
