I have always been a hard-working, independent person, and I wanted a car that reflected that. With each car I purchased, I tried to get closer to my dream of having a BMW. Taking the suggestion of a friend, I decided to lease my first BMW. It was not with Otto’s and was a vehicle “basic” model with no upgrades. I began taking my car to Otto’s for service, and I was introduced to Heath. He helped me get out of my first BMW and into a new, loaded BMW with almost the same payment! Today, I leased my 3rd BMW and I must say, it is truly a dream fulfilled! It is everything I would want in a car- all of the upgrades, shiny exterior and the overall luxury typically associated with having a BMW. I could hardly sleep with the excitement of picking up my new car; and it is all because of the care and attention from Heath. He stayed within my budget, listened to my needs, did not force/push me in any direction financially, and made the seemingly unattainable, attainable.
