We originally met Ian when we saw the dealership on the way back up to New York City and wanted ask a few questions about potential models as well as the newest model at the time, the X2. The professionalism, and attention to detail was apparent from the start. Ian treated us not only as customers but as friends. He answered every question we had honestly, and we never felt pressured to make any decisions then and there. It was really as if we were just having a chat with someone we knew. We left that day with a good impression of the customer service Otto's BMW had to offer, and held the location in high regards ever since. Sometime after our initial visit, we decided that we were interested in financing a BMW X5. We visited a few local dealers but didn't feel satisfied with what we found. I remembered how Ian treated us and made an effort to give him a call about what we were looking for. Ian came back to us some time later with a vehicle that had just about, if not everything we were looking for. He lead me through every step of the process and explained every bit of information in great detail, as soon as I asked him. Nothing ever felt confusing or frustrating when speaking with him. Eventually, we made plans to see the vehicle and potentially seal the deal as soon as we could. Our second visit was better than the first. We were greeted warmly by the attendant at the desk and sat in the waiting area, a bright and open space among a handful of the dealers premiere cars. Soon after, Ian greeted us and lead us to the delivery room where our X5 was waiting. In the room, the car was clean and shining, with a wonderful delivery note on a pedestal personally addressed to me just in front of it. The letter showed to me that Otto's always went the extra mile. Ian went through every aspect of the car and answered each and every question we had without fail. The car was exactly what we were looking for, and was exactly as Ian described it. We moved forward with the deal and spoke to Ian's business manager, Pat. Pat broke any and every thing we wanted to know about the financial part of the process down into information anyone could understand. Once the financial part of the deal was done, Ian introduced us to Cristina, who showed us to our vehicle and guided us through all the features the car had to offer, including things we didn't even know it had. Cristina was not only enthusiastic, but just wonderful to speak to. We kept being blown away by the quality of the customer service, and the personal attention offered by Otto's. Otto's BMW had the presence and quality of service expected from something like a large tech company, something we never expected from a car dealer. At the end of the day, we knew we made the right choice in calling Ian. The reason we were so adamant on going to Ian was because of that first visit. We knew after our first visit that Otto's BMW had something different to offer. We're looking forward to the next one! More

Third car from Otto's Justice did a great job getting this deal done. I bought an older 528i. At delivery the car looked brand new. Purchased a CPO BMW 550XI Ian Welsh is a wonderful sales person to deal with, even considering I was in NYC and he is based 2 hours from me in PA. It was delivered in pristine condition, staged in a "special viewing room" with my name highlighted in a frame to welcome me to the dealership (I even took a photo). The vehicle was just as Ian described, if not better. I would recommend Otto's BMW in a heartbeat! I noticed a very, very minor "scratch" on the rear bumper and Ian went to his desk and touched it up in front of me like it it never existed. Even gave me the BMW touch-up paint to go in Alpine White. My "run flats" are filled with "nitrogen" which work like a charm dealing with the challenging roads of NYC. AAA+ and highly recommended dealership! More

Highly recommend Otto’s & Heath Cameron I was not planning on buying another car anytime soon but my 2009 BMW 128i wasn’t going to pass state inspection and would cost me almost as much to f I was not planning on buying another car anytime soon but my 2009 BMW 128i wasn’t going to pass state inspection and would cost me almost as much to fix it as it was worth so I realized it may be time to start thinking about my next car. I had my 128i for 9 years and it was a reliable, beautiful car but it’s not practical for kids, dogs, or hauling anything more than a large suitcase. I knew I wanted to get another BMW that I could grow into so I spoke to Kevin in the service department at Otto’s and told him I’d like to come in to talk to someone in sales. He asked me if there was anyone specific I’d like to talk to, I said no, and he highly recommended Heath Cameron. I made an appointment, went to Otto’s and met Heath. He asked me what I was looking for, I gave him my parameters, and he really listened to me. He only showed me cars that fit what I was looking for. Heath’s selections were all gorgeous cars, they all met my requirements, and Heath did not push me toward any one car (there was no “this car has been on the lot too long and I’ll do anything to convince someone to take it”). He was very respectful, not at all pushy, and answered all my questions. We took 2 cars out for a test drive - one on the high end of my budget and one on the low end. Of course I fell in love with the more expensive one! But I wasn’t ready to sign any papers that day, and I told Heath that I wanted to do my due diligence and shop around. He, again, was incredibly kind and respectful. He gave my all the info on the car, and told me that I could text him if/when I decided I wanted him to hold the car. I went to NJ and test drove more cars. None of them lived up to the 328i GT so I texted Heath on Saturday and asked him to hold the car. He obliged. I came in Monday and Heath had everything ready to go. He even found out there was a tiny cut in one of the run flat tires so he made sure the tire was replaced before I left. The paperwork was a piece of cake - he had emailed me info over the weekend to allow me to get my insurance setup, and he was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process leading up to me coming into Otto’s to sign the final paperwork. The service personnel, Kevin and Melissa, were also really helpful and full of useful info throughout this entire process. Before I drove off, Heath even showed me how to adjust my mirrors to eliminate blind spots! I knew he was done at 5:00 but he stayed later than he needed to just to make sure I felt 100% confident. I can’t describe how much I was DREADING having to buy another car, but Heath, Kevin, and Melissa made the experience really enjoyable. I highly recommend Otto’s, but specifically Heath, for anyone looking to purchase a BMW in the Philly area. THANK YOU, HEATH! I love my car :) More
