Buying a slightly used BMW 430 I Xdrive Grand Coupe This was my first time buying a BMW, I went to many dealers within a 250 mile radius from where I live searching for the exact vehicle I wanted. Just so happens that Ottos BMW dealership had the car in stock that I was looking for and it was the closest dealership to where I live. Working with the staff and management at the dealership was a superb experience. They carry the most clean used inventory that I saw out of the four other dealerships that I visited. Cameron was an excellent sales person in working with me to where I needed to be for costs and answering any questions I had, it made it a great comfortable experience in buying my first new BMW, I cannot say enough about him & the dealership, I will be a lifetime customer !!! The tech genius Raheem helped me set up the Bluetooth and found the charger had problem. He is very helpful and patient to answer my questions. I was very grateful to meet Raheem. Great Training! Brian Menda is an excellent "trainer". I have a 2019 530 and it is VASTLY different than my old 328. I am so thankful that Otto's makes people like Brian Menda is an excellent "trainer". I have a 2019 530 and it is VASTLY different than my old 328. I am so thankful that Otto's makes people like Brian available to go over all the benefits the car offers. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, and very patient. I know he does this sort of thing (training) day after day, but he showed no signs of it being a "routine" thing for him. He was very patent, upbeat and did not make me feel foolish for not knowing what various car functions were. He was really great! He even said I could come in as often as necessary for more training. Good to know this! More
