We find that the best way to do this is to communicate openly and honestly. Vehicle servicing is not always an exact science, and delay’s may happen. Unfortunately when a delay occurs it causes consequential circumstances. Shop capacity is most often the part of the operation that suffers the most. We are truly sorry that we were not able to accommodate your service needs during your appointed time. We will be happy to perform the discounted service at no cost to you, and have your vehicle detailed at no cost. During this time we invite you to take advantage of one of our convenient transportation options such as our shuttle, a loaner car with advance notice, or we could even “Valet” your car for you (also with advance notice).
