The dealership was clean and everyone we saw was very friendly and kind. We never felt that we were under any pressure and the amount of time that they spent with us to help us understand the car and programs was outstanding to say the least. They both are very knowledgeable and very helpful to make our experience one of the best car buying experiences ever! More
Service was great, but had trouble scheduling my appointment. Had trouble with online scheduling so tried to call. I purchased a late model SUV from this dealership. Transaction went well. I love the car. I Paid extra dealer fees to them so that they could register the car for me. It has been over 2 1/2 months a Transaction went well. I love the car. I Paid extra dealer fees to them so that they could register the car for me. It has been over 2 1/2 months and my car is still not registered in my name. Either the dealership has dropped the ball on this, or, the service that they use is totally incompetent. My guess is there’s very very little communication between the dealership and the service that they use. The latest step the dealer said that they would loan me a dealer plate until this was resolved. That was supposed to be shipped to me on Monday via next day delivery. It is now Wednesday and I still do not have the dealer plate. More
