JJ Jalilian gave us the best experience buying a car. I told him that we could not be there all day and he set a timer on his phone to complete the sale within the time frame. Loved the work on my bmw at the mainline. As usual they did an amazing thorough job on my car runs like new. I usually go to this dealership to get my work done. My service person this time lacked very good communication skills this time they are usually great. He did not request I send him a copy of my registration so upon my arrival after then having my car 12 hours my car would be done and waged and I could go on about my day. I dropped my loaner off and had to wait an extra 2 hours due to that break down. I am not somebody that likes to complain but stuff like that is unacceptable and very frustrating More
