My service engine soon light came on over the weekend so I took the car in for repair. Happy it was a covered repair but still got an oil change, wheel alignment and tire rotation. Debbie provided great service as usual by keeping me informed every step of the way. Was very happy you were open and could take me on Saturday. I ended up paying $175 to have optional “sunroof and body informed every step of the way. Was very happy you were open and could take me on Saturday. I ended up paying $175 to have optional “sunroof and body drain cleaning” which seemed to take less than 5 minutes to be done and in retrospect, I am sorry I agreed to pay for that service as I feel taken advantage of. The labor involved must be very minimal as it was done very quickly. I take responsibility here but I still feel like I was ripped off. Not a good feeling. More
