The night we were supposed to settle On the car was changed because certain personnel weren’t available I was given two hours notice. The day that we did settle on the car I was told to be there at 4 o’clock sharp I was not seen till 5 o’clock . After I was told my car was out front. There was no one there the keys were in the car I was told. Better communication and customer service would benefit them well. More
