Unethical Salesmen Main Line BMW salesmen are nothing but liars. You want honest professional salesmen go to Mt. Laurel BMW. They really know how to treat a customer wit Main Line BMW salesmen are nothing but liars. You want honest professional salesmen go to Mt. Laurel BMW. They really know how to treat a customer with respect and honesty. Service at Main Line is excellent, I wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicle there. Honesty integrity and respect is surely lacking at BMW of the main Line. If you want dishonesty and being lied to and being told that the color of the car you want doesn’t exists and can’t be custom built then main Line is the place for you. Twice I have been lied to and disrespected at main line. They won’t get a third chance.. I would never go to main line BMW for sales and I would strongly advise people to go elsewhere when purchasing your BMW. Signed disappointed and disrespected customer. More

20.000 mile service and inspection BMW of the Makn Line is a top notch dealer. The check in and pre-apppintmemt check in serves as a good reminder of the time and date and time. Once at the dealer, I was encourage to get a water or coffee or soft pretzel while i waited for my car. The waiting area was spacious with WiFi and a nearby restroom. My service specialist, Ernesto, checked me promptly and told me how long the service would take -about 45 minutes . Smoke from tailpipe. A very unusual and difficult problem to diagnose. I went to independent shop who could not fix and then gave me bad advice. I took vehicle to BMW of Mainline and worked with service representative Ernesto. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Problem took several days to figure out and in retrospect, only BMW could ever have fixed because they have access to proprietary service bulletins. Problem is solved. And no charge. More
It took 3.5 hrs for routine maintenance service I am not sure why it took 3.5 hr for routine maintenance. BMW Mainline I had an excellent experience coming in for routine service and state inspection . They were quick and efficient and in about an hour it was ready.
