I came to Mail Line BMW for service on my x5 after two expensive attempts by another BMW dealer to fix an issue with my car. For the third attempt to remedy the unknown electrical & mechanical issue, the expensive attempts by another BMW dealer to fix an issue with my car. For the third attempt to remedy the unknown electrical & mechanical issue, the service manager, mechanic, service advisor all were involved to properly diagnose and fix my car. Dave the supervisor was amazing and personally oversaw all the work. They kept the car to test after the fix to ensure the problem did not recur. I was provided a loaner for the full time my vehicle was in service. I had not been to Main Line BMW in years because I had moved a bit far from that area. Again I am a satisfied customer as their quality and service is unmatched. More
