Not great Salesperson was friendly and courteous, but incompetent. Did not know which options the car I was looking at had! Basically clueless! And, to top i Salesperson was friendly and courteous, but incompetent. Did not know which options the car I was looking at had! Basically clueless! And, to top it off, he asked that I update my insurance policy with the VIN number of the new car. I discovered several days later that he had given me the VIN number for another car I was looking at, NOT the one I purchased! Luckily, I caught it in time, and was able to notify my insurance company. More

Customer service is severely lacking The salesperson I dealt with did not do his due diligence on a cpo x5 I was prepared to purchase. He knew full well that I was going to be traveling The salesperson I dealt with did not do his due diligence on a cpo x5 I was prepared to purchase. He knew full well that I was going to be traveling over an hour to this dealership. I had financing, insurance and downpayment in hand. I had not seen this vehicle and he knew it. It had every feature I was looking for and despite being over 4,000 above kelly blue book cpo dealer fair rate I was prepared to get this vehicle. Much to my dismay this car was fraught with a multitude of cosmetic issues- worn, faded leather seat, several deep scratches , dings and a few small dents and a chip out of one rim. Further it was dirty and not detailed. The salesperson has previously sent me info with my wrong address and an incorrect date for the warranty expiration. All of this should have been red flags. The so called “ genius” who was supposed to show me the features of this vehicle was not very knowledgeable. This place was beyond disappointing. Especially when it’s inventory includes high BMW vehicles. The salesman’s comments after I pointed out all of the cosmetic flaws was “ well I don’t think they will be willing to sand and paint these I will have to see. “ Are you kidding me? I have been a long time Mercedes Benz driver and he knew it. I was going to make the switch because I loved the drive and safety on the x5. My partner has recently purchased this same vehicle from Mt Laurel BMW.. ( 10 minutes from my home) and had an amazing, impressive experience. Lesson learned. I will never attempt to purchase a vehicle site unseen and trust a salesperson who had already made several mistakes prior to even meeting. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership as I was beyond disappointed. After I left disappointed and upset, no one including the manager even attempted to reach out to contact me to try to salvage the deal or my business. The customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. More
