This was our second BMW from BMW of the Main Line and also our second time working with Kerry Simmons. We got exactly the car we wanted and the entire process from the initial test drive through the pape also our second time working with Kerry Simmons. We got exactly the car we wanted and the entire process from the initial test drive through the paperwork to driving off with the car was more pleasant than any experience I've ever had with another dealer. We'll definitely be returning to Kerry and BMW of the Main Line in the future. More
Many years ago, I had a bad experience at this dealership, so I leased a 325i from another dealership. I came here to compare prices because a family member had recently purchased a 2011 328XI. dealership, so I leased a 325i from another dealership. I came here to compare prices because a family member had recently purchased a 2011 328XI. I first met Kerry Simmons in the fall of 2010 when I came to the dealership to lease a 328XI. I had a list of possible options which I wanted and Kerry was very helpful. As it turned out, it was more advantageous to order the car since I wanted certain options and he worked closely with me to get the lowest price. As the car was being built, he kept in touch with me about it's progress. After the car arrived, we spent a least 3 sessions going over all the features on the car. Needless to say, this model was considerably different than my 1987 325i. He was always willing to schedule time with me and I phoned him on numerous occasions to ask questions about the different features both at work and on his cell phone. As the time progressed and my car came in for service, I would make it a point to stop in and speak with him about the new models and different features. He was always very knowledgeable about the cars, regardless of which model I wanted to speak about. As it was nearing the time for my lease expiration, we explored the best option (buyout or lease) and I decided to order a new 328XI. Again after it's arrival last month, we spent several sessions (over 2 hours) going over all the features as this car had more options than my previous one. He has also kept in touch with me by phone and email to check with me if I had further questions. I have always found Kerry to be knowledgeable and dependable and have freely recommended him to many of my friends. Our relationship over the last years has grown into a friendship rather than a client/salesman relationship. I can recommend Kerry and the entire sales and service staff without reservation. More
This was my second lease from Marcy at Main Line. She is great at helping you find exactly what you want within your budget. The entire staff is very friendly and down to earth and there not very pushy just great at helping you find exactly what you want within your budget. On my first lease the pricing was amazing and even better on the the second. I called around to many dealers but no other dealer was able to get me in a car that I wanted within my price range. I have recommended many family and friends to her and they have all been very happy! There service department is also very good. Mike always has me back in my car the same day or first thing the next morning! Overall I would highly recommend going to see Marcy at Main Line for your next BMW. More
I have to say I bought a new 3 series just over a year ago...and unfortunately I was involved in an auto accident , totaling my car. I contacted my salesman Kerry 2 days after the accident letting him kno ago...and unfortunately I was involved in an auto accident , totaling my car. I contacted my salesman Kerry 2 days after the accident letting him know to be on the look out for a new 2013 replacement. He was on it immediately. Kerry took the time daily to check in with me to see how I was heeling form the accident, he wasn't just a salesman but he became a friend over the next two weeks. HE GENUINLY CARED! Can't say that about all salesman... When I arrived 2 weeks later to get my new 3 series again... Frank made the paperwork go nice and easy. They worked as a team to make my experience be as easy as possible under the circumstances. Thanks guys! My 3 is great!!! More
I originally visited the dealership with my 5 year old son, which is ripe with inherent challenges. Nonetheless, Peter Ryan's ability to remain patient throughout the process was commendable. While we didn't purchase our car on that particular visit, I returned (alone) a few months later and Peter new exactly who I was and what my preferences were. We picked up where we left off last time. A reasonable amount of time later, I was driving home in my new car. In summary, the service at BMW of the Main Line was exceptional, with surprisingly little pressure to strike a deal at any point. More

It's been a little over a year since I bought my last BMW from Ibrahim Kourbeh. Normally I would not be in the market again so soon, however, my car was recently totaled, so here I am again. And for the SECOND time, I went to see my favorite Client Advisor, Ibrahim. I was not disappointed. He took care of me as I had expected he would. He was patient and he recognized that monthly payment and budget was of a great concern to me. He made sure he found me the perfect car for the perfect price. Hopefully, I won't be buying another car too soon, but when I do, I'm going back to Ibrahim. More
My husband, son, and I visited BMW of the Main Line because I was interested in a car that I saw on-line. I called to inquire about the car, and wound up setting up an appointment. I was extremely impressed with the service I received from my initial call. Upon arriving at the dealership, we met with our salesman, Richard Fernandes. He was very nice, and extremely helpful. I had just had a bad experience with another dealership, and was hoping this experience would be better. Well, not only was it better, it was the BEST service I ever experienced with a car dealer!!! I immediately felt comfortable with Richard. He answered any and all questions we had, and took as long as we needed. We never felt rushed! In fact, I wound up purchasing the car that day! I did not intend to actually purchase the car right away, but because all our questions and concerns with regards to the car were addressed, there was no need to wait. He went through all the paperwork with us, and never, ever made us feel like we were taking up too much of his time. We finalized the paperwork with Frank Muto. He was just as helpful, and made us feel comfortable with the steps needed to complete the purchase. The car was ready to be picked up as promised, and I have never been happier! I have recommended your dealership to all my friends and co-workers, and look forward to coming back for service. When the time comes that we are in search of another car for our son, we will come right to you! Thank you so much for top quality service, and professionalism that compares to no other. It all comes down to good service. When you start with good service, everything else falls in place. People will come back, and come back. Word of mouth is priceless!
