Overall experience was fantastic. Car was delivered with inside dirty. But not a major deal. Marcy was a delight to work with. Everyone made me feel welcome. Bruce went over ands above to find us the exact car we wanted. He did not pressure us and he did not give up. He finally found us our car in New York! Also, he laughed at my husband's jokes which made my husband very comfortable! Buying the tire warranty and leasing the vehicle was very pleasant with Frank. We have owned BMW's for over 30 years! Other experiences with BMW dealers have not been pleasant! I will only buy future cars from BMW of the Main Line and Bruce Lustig. This is the second experience with Bruce and Frank. In 2011, I leased and still have a 335XI that I leased with Main Line and Bruce and Frank! I am buying the 335XI in October and will certainly return to Bruce and Frank to handle the purchase and all other future BMW purchases because BMW is all I drive! More

Worked with Frank on Maint Program Upgrade Agreement. Although I did not purchase my BMW from this dealership, the service department has been very helpful and Frank assited on a fair deal for the MPU. This is the second BMW my family has leased from this dealership - and our decision to do so was a no brainer - we based our choice not only on the great vehicle, but the fact that we were working with individuals we trusted and a team that offers the highest quality customer service. First I would like to say the reason I was at the dealership was for my annul state inspection, that is when some problems shows up and my warranty has just ran out on 2/23/2013. My service advisor suggested I go over to sales to talk about getting another car and trade in my current car. The rest was history, I met with Bruce Lustig he pointed out a couple of cars in my price range and I found the car I like I finished up with Frank Muto Jr. and explain everything I need to know about the car and the dealership. Final result for the day, I drove in with a 2007 BMW 328i and drove home with a 2011 BMW 328i XDrive, a very happy man. More
