My FIRST BMW! and after this experience, I don't think it'll be my last! I've been on a few "Car Shopping Adventures". This one was BY FAR the most pleasant one. The price was right, got more for my trade-in than I expected, the car I bought is in excellent shape for a used vehicle, my sales-guy was not only knowledgeable of his brand, he was hilarious, which made it all the more fun. I'm still being treated like royalty even though all the paperwork has already been signed. I even got a follow-up appointment for a tutorial on all the features of my car. I'm not sure what more you could ask for, but I doubt you’ll find it elsewhere. More

Lou Whitener was our salesperson when we purchased our 328I X-Drive. She was attentive and went above and beyond to help us with this purchase. Our experience at Main Line BMW was fantastic. We were looking for a new X5, and had contacted about 6 eastern PA dealers via email, asking for a quote. Kerry’s response was the best by quite a bit! He was very friendly and worked with us without being pushy. When the dealership wasn’t able to offer us as much as we had hoped for our trade-in (due to an accident history we weren’t aware of), Kerry offered several other suggestions as to how we could sell that car elsewhere and perhaps get a little more. He kept us up-to-date throughout the production process of our X5 and spent a lot of time going over it with us once it arrived at the dealership. This was the best experience we’ve ever had buying a new car. We would definitely recommend Main Line and Kerry if you are looking for a BMW! More

Going to BMW of the Main Line was the best decision I could have made. I originally went to another dealer and ended up going to BMW of the Main Line because they offered me a much better deal. They were able to get me the car I wanted/with the features I wanted/at a price I was happy with. And they were never pushy or tried to sell me something I didn't want. I felt like they weren't trying to make money off of me rather they were more interested in gaining me as a loyal customer for life. They certainly did just that and I can gaurantee I will be referring everyone I know to BMW of the Main Line because of my wonderful experience I had with them. They were very thorough, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted (2013 X3). Special shout out to Tony Lukanski, Steve Vlasses and Frank Muto - you were all wonderful and I look forward to working with you again in the future when my husband comes to get his 3 series! What really impressed me was they treated me like they would treat family and made me feel comfortable and went that extra mile to ensure my complete satisfaction (now that is customer service!!). I was contacted a few days after getting the car to make sure I was happy/loving it - and of course I was! Very, very impressed and happy customer! I'll never look back from BMW that's for sure! I went to test drive a 2009 335i xdrive coupe. Ive been to other dealers in the area to test drive and could almost feel like they wouldnt give me the time of day when they found out i was 22. He was extremely kind and you can really tell he cares about his customers. He answered every question that i had. He told me that the back to the exaust had a little rattle in the flap so they replaced the back half of the exaust. They defently care about the quality of there cars. I got a great deal on the car between the price and financing. The experiance there was top notch and i would have no problem recommending any friend, family or anybody, stop in and see Kerry. More

On Wednesday I walked into the BMW of the Main Line and I met Chris as soon as I entered. We hit it off quickly!! I was there just to look and think about a BMW, as compared to my initial inclination to bu met Chris as soon as I entered. We hit it off quickly!! I was there just to look and think about a BMW, as compared to my initial inclination to buy a Mercedes, but by the end of my visit I had made up my mind. In short, Chris was amazing!! Not only was he very knowledgeable and patient, but he also was super friendly and nice. I felt like I was spending time with an old friend and making a purchase from a trusted confidant. I am a very picky person and I have some very specific taste. Chris took his time and listened to everything that I wanted in a car. But for my golden rule to "sleep on it one night," I was ready to make my purchase. The next day I returned, Chris took care of me, Frank Muto patiently walked me through the process with ease and grace, and today I became the proud owner of my first BMW X5!! As I commented to Chris, "this was the best and easiest car purchasing experience I ever had." I have absolutely NO buyer's remorse!! Simply, I truly enjoyed my experience with BMW of Main Line and Chris Blazer is perhaps one of the best salesmen I have ever met. Thanks again Chris!! More
