Usually l receive great service at Mainline BMW. . Today was not the case. After l was told my vehicle was finished and ready. I waited 0ver 20 minutes and no vehicle. I was then told the person th . Today was not the case. After l was told my vehicle was finished and ready. I waited 0ver 20 minutes and no vehicle. I was then told the person that was to have my car washed went on break, unacceptable especially since I was told 20 minutes prior it was ready. Next thing was my insurance and registration papers were not in my vehicle Ughhh. When l called and inquired about my paperwork, I was told my documents would be emailed to me and the originals would be mailed to me. I was sent only my registration card but no insurance card (smh). Not my best experience at mainline BMW. More
