Excellent service in purchasing Explorer XLT I live in Columbus, Ohio and was trying to locate a specific Explorer XLT with very little success. Was working through one of the largest Ford deale I live in Columbus, Ohio and was trying to locate a specific Explorer XLT with very little success. Was working through one of the largest Ford dealerships in the state and in Columbus, but found they were not trying to locate the vehicle I with the options we wanted (not a lot of options). I searched and located a vehicle that was very close to what we wanted approximately an hour away from Columbus but the dealership I was working with did not want to match the posted internet price or deal with options to make up the difference. They in fact wanted to charge me for going to pick it up an hour away. I searched more on my own and found the vehicle I wanted at Babb Ford (6+ hours away from Columbus). Babb Ford worked with me on price and was willing to bring it down to me for no additional charge. That is service worth the drive! I was going to be in Michigan so it worked out better for delivery about 2 hours from the dealership, but it means a lot that they would be willing to bring it to me at such a distance. Working with Babb Ford has been a pleasure and I will be willing to check with them again when I am in need of a vehicle in the future. More
