No masks, rude customer service people I made an online appointment for this service. I was required to fill out a section for the services I required. When I checked in, it was obvious t I made an online appointment for this service. I was required to fill out a section for the services I required. When I checked in, it was obvious that the service representative had not read the online form I filled out because he asked me to tell him what I needed and proceeded to fill out a service request. Wouldn’t it have been nice if he had pulled up my appointment and confirmed what I had requested with me. Perhaps if someone had read my online service request and checked to see if they had the parts for the recall tailgate repair and had called me and let me know they needed to be ordered, I could have rescheduled the entire service for later, but that is not the case. In the process, he acted as if I was stupid because I mistakenly said warranty instead of recall when describing what I needed. The kicker was that the service representative was not wearing a mask and neither cashier was wearing a mask when I checked out. I really wish I had the courage to have brought that to their attention on the spot and walked out. I believe this is an unforgivable lack of concern for the customers on the part of Babbitt Ford. More
