V.I.P. treatment and a beautiful new car! I had been going to the dealership for years for service on my previous 2006 Chrysler 300c. I had always had a good experience and I never felt li I had been going to the dealership for years for service on my previous 2006 Chrysler 300c. I had always had a good experience and I never felt like I was getting the run-around or being treated unfairly. This made me decide that when looking for a new vehicle I would give them a shot and see if they were as easy to work with for a large purchase as they were for maintenance work. My fiance and I went in to the dealership with just the initial new buying car question and were never pressured to put anything in writing or commit to anything, they just gave us the information we wanted and answered all our questions. We bounced around to several dealerships in the area looking at many different luxury cars but we kept coming back to Baraboo Motors because we felt like we mattered, unlike many other dealers who just wanted our money. We finally bought the car, and it was all a new process for me but they walked me through every small step without making me feel out of place. When we were unable to find exactly what I wanted for a car they walked us through building a brand new 2019 Chrysler 300s from the ground up and we got EXACTLY what we wanted. When the car finally came in a few weeks later they called me as soon as the semi pulled into the lot to unload it and we set up a time to pick it up. All the paperwork was a breeze as they had specialized people ready and waiting for us and made us feel very well taken care of, almost like "V.I.P.'s" and before we knew it we were driving our beautiful new car home feeling very satisfied getting the best deal possible and a great experience to go along with it. We will absolutely be going back for continued maintenance and any other needs we have, as we have always had a great experience. Thank you Baraboo Motors More

When we came for our appointment Charlie had the Compass we were interested in prepped and inside so we could look at it in comfort. (It was a cold evening). He also brought it outside so we could take it for a test drive. The Compass performed flawlessly, we decided to lease it. Pete helped us set up a delivery time. When we arrived to pick up the Jeep, Richard had all the paperwork ready to go, and while we finished it up, Charlie moved our license plates and got the Compass ready for delivery. The process was painless. When it came time to take delivery Charlie explained all of the vehicles features, introduced us to the folks in the service department, and gave us travel mugs to say thank you for our business. We left feeling like part of the family. We immediately left for the Twin cities, and the Compass performed flawlessly! We are happy with the vehicle, and with our experience at the dealership!
