My 2004 Dodge Sprinter with 211,783 miles had decided that the alternator was no longer able to keep the battery charged.I struck out when I sought help for my problem at another shop. I had noticed the dealership on the way to my first attempt at repairs. I was waiting for the doors to open at the dealership at 7:30 am, and was greeted with smiling faces and helpful hands. The service manger Samantha, and my technician, Marvin, were able to get me back on the road again. I was stranded three hours from home and the folks at Baraboo Motors Group helped out this traveler, with nothing but great service. More

Service with a passion The service team at BMG seem to have a passion for their jobs and to ensure that customers are satisfied with the work done on their vehicles. I was The service team at BMG seem to have a passion for their jobs and to ensure that customers are satisfied with the work done on their vehicles. I was driving into work and my wind shield wash wasn't spraying out. I contacted the service team at BMG, they were able to make room in the schedule for my vehicle that day and they picked my vehicle up. They couldn't find the issue and the sprayers worked for them. I received a follow up call and was informed if the issue happened again they would look further. I haven't had the issue since, but I was extremely pleased with their attention to my needs and that they were so accommodating. More
