I could have not found a nicer, more down-to-earth, "people person" than John, had I tried. It's not all about the money with John. He took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the 2008 GMC Acadia that I purchased. He didn't rush me through the sale - I felt very comfortable with him from my initial phone call when I inquired about the vehicle, to the minute I drove off in my new car. John is an asset to the Baierl Dealership, and they would do well to make such qualities that John possesses, a prerequisite when acquiring sales people for their team. I am extremely happy with the Certified pre-owned vehicle that I purchased, along with the personalized service I received. Hats off to John Sandherr AND Baierl Chevrolet! More

Dealt with Sam first via e-mail when I was initially interested. Answered any question I had and set up a test drive.
